Hello to all!!

I trust you all are doing well and resting in the promises of our Father!

We are all doing very well here and enjoying the effects of all your many many prayers. We continue to see a gradual shift in the attitudes and hearts of so many. We are so grateful to God.

Our current Discipleship training program is in its forth week. We are tremendously blessed to have John and Austin going through it. With the addition of our brother Fii and 2nd John (as we affectionately call him.) Perhaps you remember Fii (Marrion Kagni's nephew, age 24) has attempted to go through it twice before but had been sidetracked with other responsibilities, (aka the cares of this life.) He was and is a tremendously popular young man with a many worldly friends and connections from Tarkwa to Accra. No matter how hard he tried it could never make a clean break. Well we offer up our praise and thanksgiving to our faithful and loving Father, Fii has finally made a break from his old life. He has told all of his close friends that he is done and no longer wants to be friends unless they follow the word of God. This was an immensely big step. As such he has come under heavy attack from the enemy because of the family house he is staying in with Poppa Charles who is a stanch Roman Catholic, the house is full of idols and unclean spirits. The oppression has been so intense at times Fii has come to us in tears. We would implore you to uphold this young man in your prayers. We are praying his light and witness breaks through the evil darkness holding that household.

The Lucas's and Janelle travel to Ivory Coast this day to renew Janelle's visa, they will return late Sunday, if God is willing. We (the guys) will be left in charge of the classes, bible studies and the sunday meeting. We would gladly receive your prayers for traveling safety and wisdom for we the guys.

After our current classes are finished we are praying about a visit to the northern interior to an unreached tribe.

We hope to gain vision for ourselves and hopefully be able to pass that on to those we disciple.
This would be a week long trip covering quite a distance into.. well, Africa! We're (I'm) a little nervous! The distance, various traveling ramifications, language barriers, etc, are all being kept in earnest prayer!

The Voetbergs departure has left a hole in the team. They were a tremendous help and blessing. We are praying along with a few other families about getting it filled ;) Pray the Lord would raise up laborers.

Also, the guys and I would appreciate prayer concerning our future. With the Lucas's leaving in four months, our future is in the hands of the Lord as to how long we should stay. James gave us the promise, "a three fold cord is not easily broken," adding that he had no problem with us staying on even if no one else is raised up in the immediate future . Nevertheless we all fervently want discernment on the will of the Lord. As for myself, I hope to come back for a visit later this year, exact date pending confirmation from the Lord. Whether I will come back to Ghana and for how long only God's knows. David and Marrion Kagni are still in Germany and have not set a date for their return to Ghana.

Well I just wanting to bear my heart with you all so you know what we are thinkin and praying about!

The battle rages on, pray we war a good warfare!

I love you all and pray for you always.

Your son--timoty
